Gościniec Salmopolski would like to invite for the first exhibition in Poland entitled:

“Robber-Band Chieftains, Ruffians of the Beskids” (Polish: “Harnasie, Zbójnicy Beskidzcy”)

The visitors will be able to see for the first time in one place:
-the history of ruffians painted on glass and presented in a woodcut,
-traditional Gorolian outfits, torture tools
and get to know the history and customs of the ruffians,

The exhibition is divided into three topics:
1. The history of particular ruffians and chronicle notes,
2. Tortures and executions,
3. Ruffians’ treasures left in the mountains.

The guesthouse is located in the heart of the picturesque landscape park, 740 m above the sea level (we have spring water from our own water intake!). The location and a close access to the ski-lifts are our main advantages.

We are located 500m from the PKS Solisko bus stop and at the same time from the complex of ski-lifts Małe Skrzyczne Czyrna Solisko (13 T-bar lifts) and 300m from Pośrednie ski-lifts. It is also very close to the ski-lifts of Biały Krzyż which are for the beginning skiers and children.

Gościniec Sampolski is the family, intimate guesthouse, and it is far away from the crowded and busy centre of Szczyrk. The wide area of our guesthouse is located directly by the forest, along the Żylica river – it is a perfect place for children to play, as well as for a bonfire and barbeque. We would also like to take this opportunity and invite you to our restaurant for delicious regional meals, which are not too expensive. We also have a car park, which is free of charge.

Close to the guesthouse there is a yellow trail, along which you may reach Przełęcz Salmopolska (Biały Krzyż) in 15 minutes, and then with a red trail in 1,5h you may reach Barania Góra, where the Vistula river has its origin.

Fresh mountainous air, friendly atmosphere and kind service will make your stay in our guesthouse pleasurable.
